Reformar el artículo 11 párrafo J ) , para que\nen lo sucesivo se lea así:\n\n\" - Utilizar patinetas , Patines o similares en infraestructura\nde parques o zonas verdes que no estén destinadas especialmente para el uso de\nese tipo de implementos que pueden producir en los diferentes componentes del\nmobiliario urbano, efectos de resquebrajamiento , ruptura , o menoscabo\nestructural u ornamental.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Standard 263\n\n                        Amendment to the Regulations for Parks, Gardens, or Public Green Zones of the Canton\nof San Ramón\n\nComplete Text of Record: 131F13\n\nMUNICIPALITY\nOF SAN RAMÓN\n\nThe Municipal Council of the Municipality of San Ramón, by means of Agreement No. 02 of Session No. 263 Ordinary of October 8, 2019, unanimously approved, in final form and exempting from committee procedure, the modification of article 11 paragraph J) and the addition of a third paragraph to the content of current article 15 of the \"Regulations for Parks, Gardens, or Public Green Zones of the canton of San Ramón\" so that hereafter it reads as follows: To amend the Regulations for Parks, Gardens, or Public Green Zones of the canton of San Ramón, in the following subsections and articles:\n\n1. To amend article 11 paragraph J), so that henceforth it reads thus:\n\n\" – Using skateboards, skates, or similar devices on infrastructure of parks or green zones that are not specially designated for the use of that type of implements which may cause, to the different components of urban furniture, cracking, breakage, or structural or ornamental deterioration. Those who are caught violating this provision in areas not suitable for this activity or that are not duly marked as skating areas, in addition to the corresponding citation being issued, may have the skating implement confiscated by the Municipal Police or the Corps of Inspectors of the Municipality of San Ramón.\n\n2. To add a third paragraph to the content of current article 15 of the Regulations for Parks, Gardens, or Green Zones of the canton of San Ramón, so that henceforth it reads thus:\n\n\" For those who incur in the conduct typified in article 11, paragraph J) of these Regulations, the Municipal Police may confiscate the skating implement (skateboard, skates, or similar) and issue the corresponding citation with the obligation to repair the damaged infrastructure or urban furniture – if such damage has already occurred. Only when this penalty and the corresponding compensation have been paid may the return of the confiscated skating implement be requested, upon prior delivery of a written commitment by the offender not to again incur in the sanctioned conduct.
