a solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-La Asociación\nAcueducto Rural de Vecinos de Tárcoles, cédula de persona jurídica N°\n3-002-247752, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público\ndesde el día 22 de julio del 1999, tomo 463, asiento 13437.\n\nIII.-Los fines\nque persigue la Asociación, según sus estatutos, son: \"[...] a.\nConstruir el acueducto de Tárcoles de Therefore,\n\nThey decree:\n\nDECLARATION\nOF PUBLIC UTILITY\n\nFOR THE RURAL AQUEDUCT\n\nASSOCIATION OF\nRESIDENTS OF TÁRCOLES\n\nArticle\n1°-The Rural Aqueduct Association of Residents of Tárcoles (Asociación\nAcueducto Rural de Vecinos de Tárcoles), legal entity identification number N°\n3-002-247752, is hereby declared of Public Utility for the interests of the State.\n\nArticle 2°-It is\nthe duty of the association to annually submit a management report to the\nMinistry of Justice and Peace, in accordance with the provisions of article 32\nof the Regulation to the Law of Associations.\n\nArticle 3°-The\nincome and assets of the association that are entirely and exclusively allocated\nfor public or charitable purposes and that are in no case\ndistributed directly or indirectly among its members, shall be\nexempt from income tax; conversely, that portion which does not have\nthis purpose, or is distributed in any way among its members, will be\nsubject to the imposition of this tax.\n\nArticle 4°-It\nis the responsibility of the Tax Administration to control and oversee the correct\nfulfillment of the association's tax obligations, in accordance\nwith the provisions of articles 103 and 104 of the Code of Tax Norms and\nProcedures.\n\nArticle 5°-Once\nthis decree is published, the interested parties must notarize and present the\nrespective certified copy before the Associations Registry of the National Registry,\nfor its corresponding registration.\n\nArticle 6°-It shall be effective\nas of its publication.\n\nIssued at the\nPresidency of the Republic.-San José, on the twenty-ninth day of August\nof two thousand nineteen." }
