de utilidad pública a las\nasociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades\nsean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado y que por ello contribuyan\na solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-La Asociación\nAdministradora de Acueducto Los Alpes, cédula de persona jurídica número\n3-002-204100, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Nacional\ndesde el día 18 de noviembre del 2004, tomo 436, asiento 13341 y expediente\n8660. (Folio 36).\n\nIII.-Los fines\nprimordiales que persigue la asociación, según sus estatutos, son: \"a)\nConstruir un acueducto rural en el Proyecto Vivienda Los Alpes. b) Administrar,\noperar y conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto, de acuerdo con las\ndisposiciones y reglamentos que al respecto emita el AYA. c) Obtener la\nparticipación efectiva de la comunidad, en la construcción y mantenimiento del acueducto.\nd) Colaboración en los programas y campañas de índole educativa que se\nemprenda. e) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las disposiciones y\nreglamentos de AYA. f) Cooperar con los planes, proyectos y obras que emprenda\nAYA en la comunidad. g) Participar en la vigilancia y protección de las fuentes\nde almacenamiento del acueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las mismas y\nayudar a la protección de las cuencas hidrográficas de la región\".
