  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 42002\n\n                        Declaratoria de utilidad pública la Asociación Administradora del Acueducto\nRural de Higuito de San Miguel de Desamparados\n\nTexto Completo acta: 132D77\n\nNº 42002-MJP\n\nEL\nPRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY LA\nMINISTRA DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ\n\nCon fundamento en\nlo dispuesto en los artículos 140, inciso 18) y 146 de la Constitución\nPolítica, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones Nº 218 del 8 de agosto de\n1939 y los artículos 27 y siguientes del Reglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones Nº\n29496-J, publicado en La Gaceta Nº 96 del 21 de mayo del 2001, así como\nlo establecido en el artículo 3, inciso ch) de la Ley de Impuesto sobre la\nRenta Nº 7092 y en los artículos 103 y 104 de Código de Normas y Procedimientos\nTributarios Nº 4755.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-El artículo 32\nde la Ley de Asociaciones Nº 218 del 8 de agosto de 1939 y sus reformas,\nconfiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de utilidad pública a las\nasociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades\nsean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado y que por ello contribuyan\na solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-La Asociación\nAdministradora del Acueducto Rural de Higuito de San Miguel de Desamparados,\ncédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-281113, se inscribió en el Registro de\nAsociaciones del Registro Nacional, desde el 16 de octubre de 1999, bajo el expediente\n12694, tomo 472 y asiento 13779.\n\nIII.-Los fines\nque persigue la Asociación Administradora del Acueducto Rural de Higuito de San\nMiguel de Desamparados, cédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-281113, según\nsus estatutos son: \"(.) administrar, operar y conservar en buenas\ncondiciones el acueducto rural de la localidad, de acuerdo con las\ndisposiciones y reglamentos que emita el Instituto Costarricense de\nAcueductos y Alcantarillados y demás leyes vigentes en la materia.\"\n\nIV.-Tales fines\nsolventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo\ndel Estado costarricense.
