Therefore,\n\nThey decree:\n\nDECLARATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY\n\nFOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATION\n\nOF THE RURAL AQUEDUCT OF SALITRILLOS DE PURISCAL\n\nArticle 1.-The Administrative Association of the Rural Aqueduct of Salitrillos de Puriscal (Asociación Administradora del Acueducto Rural de Salitrillos de Puriscal), legal entity identification number: 3-002-187221, is hereby declared of public utility for the interests of the State.\n\nArticle 2.-It is the duty of the Association to submit an annual management report to the Ministry of Justice and Peace, in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the Regulation to the Law of Associations.\n\nArticle 3.-The income and assets of the association that are allocated entirely and exclusively for public or charitable purposes and that are in no case distributed directly or indirectly among its members, shall be exempt from income tax; conversely, that portion which does not have this purpose, or is distributed in some way among its associates, shall be subject to the imposition of this tax.\n\nArticle 4.-It is the responsibility of the Tax Administration to control and oversee the proper fulfillment of the tax obligations of the association, in accordance with the provisions of articles 103 and 104 of the Code of Tax Rules and Procedures.\n\nArticle 5.-Once this decree is published, the interested parties must notarize and present the respective certified copy before the Registry of Associations of the National Registry, for its respective registration.\n\nArticle 6.-It shall be effective from its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic.-San José, on the sixteenth of September of two thousand nineteen."
