artículo 274 del Código de Trabajo, Ley N° 2 del 27 de agosto de 1943 y\nsus reformas.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1º-Que en el Reglamento de Salud Ocupacional en el manejo y uso de\nAgroquímicos, Decreto Ejecutivo N° 41931-MTSS del 05 de agosto 2019, \"establece\nlas condiciones de trabajo y de salud ocupacional, que deben implementarse en\nlos centros de trabajo donde se realizan labores de manejo y uso de\nagroquímicos, con el fin de proteger la vida,\nla salud y la seguridad de las personas trabajadoras\".\n\n2º-Que según informe N° DMR-DAR-INF-122-18 de fecha 09 de octubre de\n2018, emitido por la Dirección de Mejora Regulatoria del Ministerio de\nEconomía, Industria y Comercio, sobre la consulta pública del 24 de setiembre\nal 05 de octubre de 2018, \"no se encuentran comentarios de ciudadanos\" sobre el\nartículo donde: \"Se prohibe la aplicación de plaguicidas de las diez horas a\nlas catorce horas del día, si la aplicación de plaguicidas se realiza con bomba\nde espalda, aspersores manuales o equipos mecánicos cuyas cabinas no estén\nherméticamente selladas.
