Ingrediente\nActivo Grado Técnico, Plaguicidas Químicos Formulados, Sustancias Afines,\nCoadyuvantes y Vehículos Físicos de Uso Agrícola. Requisitos para la\nElaboración de Etiquetas y Panfletos\", en la forma en que\naparece en el numeral 1 de la parte dispositiva de la Resolución en mención.\n\nII.-Que mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 41400-COMEXMEIC- MAG del 16 de\njulio de 2018, divulgado en el Alcance N° 199 al Diario Oficial La Gaceta N°\n218 del 23 de noviembre de 2018, Costa Rica publicó el \"Reglamento\nTécnico Centroamericano RTCA 65.05.67:18 Insumos Agrícolas. Ingrediente\nActivo Grado Técnico, Plaguicidas Químicos Formulados, Sustancias\nAfines, Coadyuvantes y Vehículos Físicos de Uso Agrícola. Requisitos\npara la Elaboración de Etiquetas y Panfletos\", en la forma en\nque aparece como Anexo de la Resolución N° 401-2018 (COMIECO- LXXXIII) del 28\nde junio de 2018. El Reglamento Técnico Centroamericano en comentario debe\nmodificarse en virtud de lo dispuesto en el párrafo cuarto de la parte\nconsiderativa y el numeral 1 de la parte dispositiva de la Resolución N°\n424-2020 (COMIECO-XCI) de 23 del junio de 2020.\n\nIII.-Que en cumplimiento de lo indicado en el numeral 2 de la parte\ndispositiva de la Resolución N° 424-2020 (COMIECO-XCI) de 23 del junio de 2020,\nse procede a su publicación. Ingrediente Activo Grado Técnico, Plaguicidas\nQuímicos Formulados, Sustancias Afines, Coadyuvantes y Vehículos Físicos de Uso\nAgrícola. Requisitos para la Elaboración de Etiquetas y Panfletos;\n\nQue las instancias de la Integración Económica han conocido la propuesta\ntécnica de modificación parcial del referido RTCA, para ampliar el plazo de\npresentación de los requisitos de actualización de etiqueta y panfleto, y la\nhan sometido a consideración de este foro;\n\nQue el COMIECO se puede reunir de manera virtual mediante el sistema de\nvideoconferencia, en cuyo caso, le corresponde a la Secretaría de Integración\nEconómica Centroamericana (SIECA) recopilar la firma de cada uno de los\nMinistros o Viceministros, según corresponda, en su respectivo país, Por\ntanto,\n\nCon fundamento en los artículos 1, 3, 5, 7, 15, 26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 46,\n52 y 55 del Protocolo de Guatemala; y 19, 20 Bis, 32 y 32 Bis del Reglamento de\nOrganización y Funcionamiento de los Consejos: de Ministros de Integración\nEconómica, Intersectorial de Ministros de Integración Económica y Sectorial de\nMinistros de Integración Económica,\n\nRESUELVE:\n\nArtículo 1º-Aprobar la modificación del primer párrafo, del Transitorio\nI del Reglamento Técnico Centroamericano RTCA 65.05.67:18 Insumos Agrícolas.\nIngrediente Activo Grado Técnico, Plaguicidas Químicos Formulados, Sustancias\nAfines, Coadyuvantes y Vehículos Físicos de Uso Agrícola. Technical Grade Active Ingredient, Formulated Chemical\nPesticides, Related Substances, Adjuvants, and Physical Vehicles for Agricultural\nUse. Requirements for the Preparation of Labels and Leaflets;\n\nThat the bodies of Economic Integration have reviewed the technical\nproposal for the partial modification of the aforementioned RTCA, to extend the deadline for\nsubmitting the requirements for updating the label and leaflet, and\nhave submitted it for the consideration of this forum;\n\nThat COMIECO may meet virtually through the videoconference\nsystem, in which case, it is the responsibility of the Secretariat of Central American\nEconomic Integration (SIECA) to collect the signature of each of the\nMinisters or Vice Ministers, as appropriate, in their respective country. Therefore,\n\nBased on Articles 1, 3, 5, 7, 15, 26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 46,\n52, and 55 of the Protocol of Guatemala; and 19, 20 Bis, 32, and 32 Bis of the Regulation for the\nOrganization and Operation of the Councils: of Ministers of Economic\nIntegration, Intersectoral of Ministers of Economic Integration, and Sectoral of\nMinisters of Economic Integration,\n\nRESOLVES:\n\nArticle 1.-To approve the modification of the first paragraph of Transitional Provision\nI of the Central American Technical Regulation RTCA 65.05.67:18 Agricultural Inputs.\nTechnical Grade Active Ingredient, Formulated Chemical Pesticides, Related Substances,\nAdjuvants, and Physical Vehicles for Agricultural Use. Requirements for the\nPreparation of Labels and Leaflets, as follows:\n\n\"14.1 Transitional Provision I.\n\nFor the regulated parties: The regulated parties shall have a deadline until\nJune 30, 2022, to submit the requirements for updating the Label\nand Leaflet established in this regulation. In the case of Nicaragua,\nsaid deadline shall be until December 31, 2021, to submit the requirements\nfor updating the Label and Leaflet established in this\nregulation.\"\n\n1.
