  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 006\n\n                        Reforma Reglamento para la Operación y Administración del Acueducto\nMunicipal\n\nTexto Completo acta: 13DD31\n\nMUNICIPALIDAD DE ASERRÍ\n\nLa Municipalidad de Aserrí comunica que, mediante acuerdo N° 01-006,\nartículo primero, emitido por el Concejo Municipal de Aserrí en la sesión\nextraordinaria N° 006, celebrada el 18 de noviembre del 2020, se dispuso lo\nsiguiente:\n\n*-Se conoce el punto A) de la agenda propuesta por el Sr. Alcalde MSc.\nOldemar García Segura, referente a \"La solicitud de ajuste tarifario de los\nservicios municipales de acueducto y el de recolección, disposición y\ntratamiento de los desechos sólidos\", cuyo proyecto fue publicado en el Diario\nOficial La Gaceta N° 216 del viernes 28 de agosto del 2020, y que el\nplazo legal de 10 días hábiles para presentar propuestas y referirse al\nindicado proyecto ante la Secretaría del Concejo venció el 7 de setiembre del\n2020, sin que a dicha fecha se presentara documento alguno por escrito ante la\nSecretaría Municipal. Seguidamente se procede a dar lectura al proyecto\noriginal, el cual -con dispensa del dictamen de comisión municipal-, fue\nautorizado para su trámite conforme al artículo 43 del Código Municipal en el\nacuerdo N° 04-016, artículo segundo, de la sesión ordinaria celebrada el 18 de\nagosto del 2020.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 006\n\n                        Reform of the Regulation for the Operation and Administration of the Municipal\nAqueduct\n\nComplete Text of Record: 13DD31\n\nMUNICIPALITY OF ASERRÍ\n\nThe Municipality of Aserrí announces that, by means of agreement N° 01-006, article one, issued by the Municipal Council of Aserrí in extraordinary session N° 006, held on November 18, 2020, the following was ordered:\n\n*-Item A) of the agenda proposed by the Mayor, MSc. Oldemar García Segura, is heard, concerning \"The request for tariff adjustment of the municipal aqueduct services and the solid waste collection, disposal, and treatment service,\" the draft of which was published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta N° 216 of Friday, August 28, 2020, and for which the legal period of 10 business days to submit proposals and comment on the indicated draft before the Council Secretariat expired on September 7, 2020, without any written document having been presented to the Municipal Secretariat by that date. Then, the original draft is read, which—with dispensation from the municipal committee opinion—was authorized for processing in accordance with article 43 of the Municipal Code in agreement N° 04-016, article two, of the ordinary session held on August 18, 2020. Based on said draft and on the tariff studies provided, this Council adopts the following agreement:\n\nArticle 44 of Chapter IX, entitled Transitory Provisions, of the Regulation for the Operation and Administration of the Municipal Aqueduct, is modified and supplemented with the following provisions:\n\n(The previous paragraph added by means of Errata and published in La Gaceta N° 288 of December 8, 2020, page N° 3)\n\nA) It is agreed to approve in all respects a tariff adjustment of the municipal services of the municipal aqueduct and the solid waste collection, disposal, and treatment service, which will take effect as of January 1, 2021.\n\nB) The new municipal rates for the provision of the municipal aqueduct service are set, as indicated below:\n\n \n\n \n\nC) The new municipal rates for the provision of the solid waste collection, disposal, and treatment service are set, as indicated below:\n\n \n\n \n\nD) The Municipal Secretary is authorized to issue the corresponding notice and arrange for its publication in La Gaceta.\"\n\nAserrí, November 23, 2020."
