De igual forma fomentar el\nproceso de reactivación económica que representa la visitación de las áreas\nsilvestres protegidas.\n\n5º-Que mediante oficio N° SINAC-ACLAP-PNCH-324-2021, la Administración del\nParque Nacional Chirripó solicita a la Dirección\nRegional del Área de Conservación La Amistad Pacífico la autorización para la\nimplementación del sistema auxiliar de reservaciones con la finalidad de poner\nen venta las admisiones para futuros periodos de reservación en seguimiento al\nesquema de seguridad y protocolos sanitarios derivados de las diferentes\ndisposiciones del Ministerio de Salud. Por tanto,\n\nEL DIRECTOR DEL ÁREA DE CONSERVACIÓN LA AMISTAD PACÍFICO\n\nAUTORIZA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL SISTEMA AUXILIAR\n\nDE RESERVACIONES EN EL PARQUE NACIONAL\n\nCHIRRIPÓ, PARA AQUELLAS RESERVACIONES\n\nQUE INCLUYAN HOSPEDAJE EN EL ALBERGUE\n\nBASE CRESTONES BAJO EL MARCO\n\nDE LA PANDEMIA POR COVID 19\n\nEl procedimiento de reservaciones del Parque Nacional Chirripó comprende:\n\na) La obligación del usuario de reservar y cancelar ante la Administración\nlos derechos de admisión al Parque.\n\nb) La obligación del usuario de cancelar el monto correspondiente al\nalojamiento ante el contratista, siempre que esté vigente algún contrato de\nServicios No Esenciales en el Parque.\n\nc) La obligación del turista de reportarse ante la Administración del\nParque antes del ingreso al área silvestre protegida.\n\nPrimero: La implementación del sistema auxiliar será de\nla siguiente manera:\n\na) El usuario interesado en la compra de admisiones podrá hacerlo\núnicamente por llamada telefónica a través del número (905) 244-7747 para\nllamadas nacionales y (506) 2742-5348 para usuarios a nivel internacional. De\nlunes a viernes en horario de 8:00 a 12 :00 p.m. y de 1:00 p.m. a 4:00 p.m. (No\naplica para días feriados).\n\nb) Durante la llamada telefónica se le asignará un código de reservación\ncon el cual el usuario inicia la pre reserva.\n\nc) La Administración, le solicitará al usuario sus datos personales (nombre\ncompleto, número de cédula, correo electrónico y teléfono), fecha específica de\nla visita e integrantes con la finalidad de verificar la disponibilidad de\nespacios.\n\nd) En caso de existir espacios se le brindará al usuario 24 horas a partir de la llamada\npara realizar el depósito o\ntransferencia del pago de admisión.\n\ne) Con la finalidad de brindar atención a aquellos visitantes que viajan en\nburbujas inferiores a cuatro personas, se ha establecido una variación en la\ndisposición de las habitaciones en el Albergue Base Crestones, distribuidas\ndiariamente de la siguiente forma:\n\n. 12 habitaciones con reserva completa de únicamente cuatro personas.\n\n. 3 habitaciones con reserva variada que puede ir de una a tres personas\n(Esta reservación implica que el visitante debe pernoctar dos o tres noches en\nel albergue entre los meses de septiembre y noviembre y dos noches en el mes de\ndiciembre).\n\nf ) La modalidad de Compra de Admisiones por Tour operador no aplica para\nel Parque Nacional Chirripó.\n\ng) Una vez recibida la llamada, la Administración ingresará la información\ndel usuario en el asistente de reservaciones y se enviará un correo para el\nusuario, donde se le indican los pasos a seguir.\n\nEn ese primer correo se le brinda el número de la\npre-reserva, la fecha de ingreso, fecha de salida y números de cuenta del Fondo\nde Parque Nacionales para que realice el depósito o la transferencia, así como\nlos integrantes de la reserva. Se le indicará al usuario que en el detalle del\ndepósito o transferencia debe colocar el número de reserva, así como se le\nsolicitará al usuario aportar comprobante legible del pago realizado, la\ndeclaración jurada completa con las firmas respectivas. Lo anterior deberá\nenviarse al correo electrónico reservaciones.chirripo@sinac.go.cr.\n\nEn caso de que el pago no se haya realizado de manera correcta se procederá a contactar al usuario\npara que dentro de un plazo máximo de 24 horas después de ser contactado proceda a corregirlo, de lo\ncontrario se liberará la reservación. (El usuario deberá asumir el costo de comisión en caso de que\naplique). Las cuentas a las que se debe realizar este pago son:\n\n \n\n \n\nh) El usuario contará con 24 horas para realizar el pago de admisión y con\n10 días naturales para realizar el proceso de declaración jurada y pago de\nhospedaje al contratista de los servicios no esenciales.\n\ni) Una vez recibido el pago del hospedaje el contratista de los servicios\nno esenciales procederá a sistematizar la información y realizar los procesos\nde facturación. En caso de no concretarse el pago respectivo del hospedaje al\ncontratista en el tiempo indicado, se anulará la reservación y se liberarán los\nespacios, los cuáles se pondrán a disposición de otros usuarios.\n\nj) Los usuarios no podrán realizar cambios de participantes en la reserva\n(as).\n\nk) Si por algún motivo no puede asistir, tendrán derecho a la devolución\ndel monto pagado por concepto de admisión, siempre y cuando lo gestionen con al\nmenos 15 días de anticipación, situación que puede cambiar según el decreto de\ntarifas de ingreso a las áreas protegidas que esté vigente.\n\nEl usuario\nregistrado quién acreditó el pago de la reservación, interesado en que se\nle haga devolución del dinero por concepto\nde admisión, deberá presentar una solicitud\npor escrito que contenga:\n\n1. Fecha de la solicitud\n\n2. Nombre y apellidos del solicitante.\n\n3. Dirigir la solicitud a la Administración del Parque Nacional Chirripó.\n\n4. Solicitar la anulación del código generado, la cancelación de la\nreservación y la solicitud de reintegro del dinero.\n\n5. Razón de la solicitud.\n\n6. En el caso de reintegros a nivel nacional, la solicitud debe indicar del\nnombre del banco, número de cuenta cliente y número de cuenta corriente o de\nahorros del usuario que acreditó el pago. Para el caso de reintegros a bancos\nfuera del país deben indicar nombre del banco, oficina, dirección, BIC, Swift,\nbeneficiario, CIF, IBAN.\n\n7. Copia del documento de identificación del solicitante.\n\n8. Copia del comprobante de la reservación o informe histórico de compras\ngenerado por el sistema de reservaciones en línea.\n\n9. Indicación del lugar o medio para recibir notificaciones.\n\n10. Firma del solicitante igual que el documento de identificación. (La\nfalta de firma producirá el rechazo de la solicitud y el archivo de esta).\n\nEl interesado deberá presentar la solicitud utilizando\ncualquiera de los siguientes medios:\n\n1. Personalmente en la oficina de la Administración del\nParque Nacional Chirripó, ubicada en San Gerardo de\nRivas de Pérez Zeledón, provincia de San José.\n\n2. Utilizando el correo electrónico reservaciones.chirripo@\nsinac.go.cr.\n\nLa administración iniciará el trámite a partir del\nmomento en que el usuario complete los requisitos indicados en este artículo.\nEs responsabilidad del usuario verificar la recepción completa de la solicitud\ny los requisitos.\n\nLa Administración no tiene ningún tipo de responsabilidad ni participación\nen el caso de devoluciones por concepto de alojamiento y otros servicios no\nesenciales adquiridos con el contratista.\n\nEn los casos en que la entidad bancaria cobre algún tipo de comisión por la\ntransacción de la devolución, la misma se les rebajará del monto a devolver. El\nmonto de la comisión será fijado por la entidad bancaria encargada de realizar\nla devolución correspondiente.\n\nComo consecuencia de este acto, la Administración dispondrá y pondrá a la\nventa los espacios en los que se ha gestionado la anulación, lo cual se hará\nlos martes de cada semana a partir de las 10:00 a.m., quedando disponibles a\npartir de ese momento a los usuarios que deseen adquirirlos.\n\nLa Administración enviará un correo al contratista a la dirección\nelectrónica info@chirripo.org con el listado de reservaciones anuladas, con el\nfin de que ambas partes manejen la información para proceder con el cliente.\n\nPara casos excepcionales como accidentes, ordenes sanitarias, enfermedades\ndiagnosticadas, embarazos y/o fallecimiento de algún familiar en primer y\nsegundo grado de consanguinidad o conyugue, todos posterior a la fecha en que\nse realizó la reservación deberán presentar lo siguiente, para la autorización\nde un cambio de integrante:\n\nSolicitud formal dirigida al Parque Nacional Chirripó en la que se explique la situación presentada,\nindicando la fecha del acontecimiento por los cuales no podrá visitar el área\nprotegida y número de reservación. Además, deberá adjuntar los documentos\nrespectivos que respalde esta solicitud a saber:\n\na) Acta de defunción del familiar en primer y segundo grado de\nconsanguinidad o conyugue.\n\nb) Orden\nsanitaria emitida por el Ministerio de Salud.\n\nc) Incapacidad médica emitida por la CCSS y/ aseguradoras autorizadas.\n\nl) Para el caso de los usuarios que quieran adquirir admisiones disponibles\npor los sectores de ingreso de San Jerónimo y Herradura, contarán con 8\nespacios para reservar, considerando las fechas establecidas en la resolución\nde reservaciones para cada sector. Si los sectores de ingreso no utilizan los\nespacios para llenar 1 habitación o 2 habitaciones completas, se habilitarán\nlos espacios para vender las habitaciones completas por San Gerardo de Rivas,\nun mes antes de la fecha.\n\nm) El auxiliar de reservaciones guardará los espacios administrativos (una\nhabitación) un fin de semana al mes (de viernes a domingo), en caso de no\nutilizarse se liberarán un mes antes para su venta por San Gerardo.\n\nSegundo: El Sistema Auxiliar de Reservaciones se\nimplementa bajo las siguientes condiciones generales:\n\n1. Therefore,\n\nTHE DIRECTOR OF THE ÁREA DE CONSERVACIÓN LA AMISTAD PACÍFICO\n\nAUTHORIZES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AUXILIARY\n\nRESERVATION SYSTEM IN CHIRRIPÓ\n\nNATIONAL PARK, FOR THOSE RESERVATIONS\n\nTHAT INCLUDE LODGING AT THE ALBERGUE\n\nBASE CRESTONES UNDER THE FRAMEWORK\n\nOF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC\n\nThe reservation procedure for Chirripó National Park comprises:\n\na) The obligation of the user to reserve and pay the park admission fees to the Administration.\n\nb) The obligation of the user to pay the amount corresponding to lodging to the contractor, provided that any Non-Essential Services contract is in effect in the Park.\n\nc) The obligation of the tourist to report to the Park Administration before entering the protected wild area.\n\nFirst: The implementation of the auxiliary system shall be as follows:\n\na) The user interested in purchasing admissions may do so only by telephone call through the number (905) 244-7747 for domestic calls and (506) 2742-5348 for international users. Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Does not apply on public holidays).\n\nb) During the telephone call, a reservation code will be assigned with which the user initiates the pre-reservation.\n\nc) The Administration will request from the user their personal data (full name, ID number, email, and telephone number), the specific date of the visit, and the members, with the purpose of verifying space availability.\n\nd) If spaces are available, the user will be given 24 hours from the call to make the deposit or transfer for the admission payment.\n\ne) With the purpose of providing service to those visitors traveling in bubbles of less than four people, a variation has been established in the arrangement of the rooms in the Albergue Base Crestones, distributed daily as follows:\n\n. 12 rooms with complete reservation for only four people.\n\n. 3 rooms with varied reservation that can be from one to three people (This reservation implies that the visitor must stay two or three nights at the lodge between the months of September and November and two nights in the month of December).\n\nf) The Tour Operator Admission Purchase modality does not apply for Chirripó National Park.\n\ng) Once the call is received, the Administration will enter the user's information into the reservation assistant and an email will be sent to the user, indicating the steps to follow.\n\nIn that first email, the pre-reservation number, the entry date, exit date, and account numbers of the Fondo de Parque Nacionales are provided so that the deposit or transfer can be made, as well as the members of the reservation. The user will be instructed that in the detail of the deposit or transfer, the reservation number must be placed, and the user will also be asked to provide a legible receipt of the payment made, and the complete sworn statement with the respective signatures. The above must be sent to the email address reservaciones.chirripo@sinac.go.cr.\n\nIf the payment has not been made correctly, the user will be contacted so that within a maximum period of 24 hours after being contacted, they proceed to correct it; otherwise, the reservation will be released. (The user must assume the commission cost if applicable). The accounts to which this payment must be made are:\n\n \n\n \n\nh) The user will have 24 hours to make the admission payment and 10 calendar days to carry out the sworn statement process and payment of lodging to the contractor for the non-essential services.\n\ni) Once the lodging payment is received, the contractor for the non-essential services will proceed to systematize the information and carry out the invoicing processes. If the respective lodging payment to the contractor is not completed within the indicated time, the reservation will be canceled and the spaces will be released, which will be made available to other users.\n\nj) Users may not make changes to the participants in the reservation(s).\n\nk) If for any reason they cannot attend, they will have the right to a refund of the amount paid for admission, provided they process it at least 15 days in advance, a situation that may change according to the decree on entry fees for protected areas that is in effect.\n\nThe registered user who accredited the payment of the reservation, interested in having the refund of the money for admission made, must submit a written request containing:\n\n1. Date of the request.\n\n2. First and last names of the applicant.\n\n3. Address the request to the Administration of Chirripó National Park.\n\n4. Request the cancellation of the generated code, the cancellation of the reservation, and the request for reimbursement of the money.\n\n5. Reason for the request.\n\n6. In the case of domestic reimbursements, the request must indicate the name of the bank, client account number, and the checking or savings account number of the user who accredited the payment. For reimbursements to banks outside the country, they must indicate the bank name, branch, address, BIC, Swift, beneficiary, CIF, IBAN.\n\n7. Copy of the applicant's identification document.\n\n8. Copy of the reservation receipt or historical purchase report generated by the online reservation system.\n\n9. Indication of the place or means for receiving notifications.\n\n10. Signature of the applicant identical to that on the identification document. (The lack of a signature will result in the rejection of the request and its filing).\n\nThe interested party must submit the request using any of the following means:\n\n1. In person at the Administration office of Chirripó National Park, located in San Gerardo de Rivas de Pérez Zeledón, province of San José.\n\n2. Using the email address reservaciones.chirripo@sinac.go.cr.\n\nThe administration will initiate the process starting from the moment the user completes the requirements indicated in this article. It is the user's responsibility to verify the complete receipt of the request and the requirements.\n\nThe Administration has no type of responsibility or participation in the case of refunds for lodging and other non-essential services acquired from the contractor.\n\nIn cases where the banking entity charges some type of commission for the refund transaction, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. The amount of the commission will be set by the banking entity responsible for making the corresponding refund.\n\nAs a consequence of this act, the Administration will arrange and put up for sale the spaces for which cancellation has been processed, which will be done on Tuesdays of each week starting at 10:00 a.m., becoming available from that moment to users who wish to acquire them.\n\nThe Administration will send an email to the contractor at the email address info@chirripo.org with the list of canceled reservations, so that both parties handle the information to proceed with the client.\n\nFor exceptional cases such as accidents, sanitary orders, diagnosed illnesses, pregnancies, and/or the death of a relative in the first and second degree of consanguinity or a spouse, all subsequent to the date on which the reservation was made, the following must be presented for the authorization of a change of member:\n\nFormal request addressed to Chirripó National Park explaining the situation that occurred, indicating the date of the event for which they will not be able to visit the protected area and the reservation number. Additionally, they must attach the respective documents that support this request, namely:\n\na) Death certificate of the relative in the first and second degree of consanguinity or spouse.\n\nb) Sanitary order issued by the Ministerio de Salud.\n\nc) Medical incapacity issued by the CCSS and/or authorized insurers.\n\nl) For users who wish to acquire admissions available through the entry sectors of San Jerónimo and Herradura, they will have 8 spaces to reserve, considering the dates established in the reservation resolution for each sector. If the entry sectors do not use the spaces to fill 1 complete room or 2 complete rooms, the spaces will be enabled to sell the complete rooms through San Gerardo de Rivas, one month before the date.\n\nm) The reservation assistant will save the administrative spaces (one room) one weekend per month (from Friday to Sunday); if not used, they will be released one month before for sale through San Gerardo.\n\nSecond: The Auxiliary Reservation System is implemented under the following general conditions:\n\n1. It applies only for the period between September 1, 2021, and April 30, 2022. This period may be extended by addendum to this resolution.\n\n2. The Administration of Chirripó National Park will be implementing this procedure starting July 27, 2021.\n\n3. Users will not be attended to in the SINAC offices to reserve in person.\n\n4. The Auxiliary Reservation System does not apply for the sale of spaces for one-day hikes. The one-day spaces will be sold through https://serviciosenlinea.sinac.go.cr/.\n\n5. SINAC will be publishing, through press releases, the opening dates for reservations on its different web platforms and will send them to the different media outlets for their respective dissemination.\n\nThird: In all other respects, the provisions of resolution SINAC-ACLA-P-D-374-2020 remain intact.\n\nFourth: It takes effect as of July 23, two thousand twenty-one." }
