  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 43113\n\n                        Deroga Declara de Utilidad Pública para los intereses del Estado a la\nAsociación para el Desarrollo Sostenible de San José Rural\n\nNº\n43113-MJP\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY LA MINISTRA DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ\n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en los\nartículos 140, inciso 18) y 146 de la Constitución Política, en el artículo 32\nde la Ley de Asociaciones N° 218 del 8 de agosto de 1939 y los artículos 27 y\nsiguientes del Reglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones N° 29496-J, publicado en La\nGaceta N° 96 del 21 de mayo del 2001.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de\nAsociaciones N° 218 del 8 de agosto de 1939 y sus reformas, confiere al Poder\nEjecutivo la potestad de declarar de utilidad pública a las asociaciones\nsimples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean\nparticularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello\ncontribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que la Asociación para el Desarrollo\nSostenible de San José Rural, cédula jurídica N° 3-002-190222, se inscribió en\nel Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público el veintisiete de enero de mil\nnovecientos noventa y cuatro, al tomo 430, asiento 17366. Asimismo, dicha\nentidad fue declarada de utilidad pública mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo número\nN° 30087-J del cinco de diciembre del dos mil uno, publicado en el Diario\nOficial La Gaceta número trece del dieciocho de enero del dos mil dos.\n\nIII.-Que el artículo 32 del Reglamento a\nla Ley de Asociaciones establece: \".En cualquier momento, el Ministerio de\nJusticia y Paz, revocará este beneficio, si desaparecen los motivos por los\ncuales fue concedido. (.)\". Asimismo, el ordinal 32 del Reglamento a la Ley\nde Asociaciones, agrega: \"(.)   "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 43113\n\n                        Repeals the Declaration of Public Utility for the interests of the State of the\nAssociation for the Sustainable Development of Rural San José\n\nNo.\n43113-MJP\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE\n\nPursuant to the provisions set forth in\narticles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, in article 32\nof the Law of Associations No. 218 of August 8, 1939 and articles 27 and\nfollowing of the Regulation to the Law of Associations No. 29496-J, published in La\nGaceta No. 96 of May 21, 2001.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That article 32 of the Law of\nAssociations No. 218 of August 8, 1939 and its amendments, grants the Executive\nBranch the power to declare of public utility simple, federated or confederated associations,\nwhose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby\ncontribute to solving a social need.\n\nII.-That the Association for the Sustainable\nDevelopment of Rural San José, legal identification number 3-002-190222, was registered in\nthe Registry of Associations of the Public Registry on January twenty-seventh, nineteen\nninety-four, in volume 430, entry 17366.
