Los textos son los siguientes:\n\nArtículo 4- Actividades de turismo rural comunitario\n\n[...]\n\nSon\nactividades de turismo rural comunitario las siguientes:\n\na) Posadas de turismo rural: tipo de establecimiento que ofrece servicios\nde hospedaje sin mínimo de habitaciones, las cuales deberán ser dotadas de baño\nprivado, enfocadas en compartir las vivencias y costumbres de las familias que\nhabitan en un entorno rural y que se encuentre localizado en dicho entorno,\ndefinido por el ICT. Estos establecimientos podrán ofrecer los servicios de\nalimentación.\n\n[...]\n\nc)\nActividades temáticas especializadas en turismo rural: establecimientos o\nactividades, incluyendo tour operadoras, dedicadas a ofrecer a las\npersonas servicios turísticos y experiencias vivenciales del entorno rural,\ntales como manifestaciones históricas, patrimonio cultural material o\ninmaterial, áreas naturales, apreciación y conservación de la biodiversidad in\nsitu y ex situ, deporte de aventura, actividades de agroturismo,\nparques temáticos y recreativos, entre otras vinculadas a las costumbres y\ntradiciones de las comunidades rurales y costeras.\n\n[...]\n\nLas actividades enunciadas en este artículo deberán ser realizadas por las\nasociaciones u organizaciones indicadas en el artículo 1 de esta ley.\n\nArtículo 5- Posadas del turismo rural. Para obtener la declaratoria\nturística y el contrato turístico, las posadas del TRC deberán cumplir los\nrequisitos establecidos en la legislación vigente y en la reglamentación de\nesta ley emitida por el Instituto Costarricense de Turismo (ICT), a fin de\nfacilitar que los beneficios del turismo rural puedan llegar a más comunidades\ndel país.\n\nArtículo 6- Competencias del Instituto Costarricense de Turismo. El\nInstituto Costarricense de Turismo (ICT) es el ente rector de la actividad\nturística en el país y tendrá las siguientes competencias, en relación con la\nactividad del TRC:\n\na)\nOtorgar la declaratoria y el contrato turístico a las agrupaciones de TRC que\ncumplan los requisitos establecidos en la normativa específica diseñada para\nregular las distintas actividades del turismo rural comunitario, indicadas en\nel artículo 4 de esta ley. Estos requisitos deberán ser razonables y\nproporcionales, adaptándose a las condiciones particulares del TRC y a la\nnaturaleza de los productos ofrecidos. Deberán cumplirse los requerimientos\npara proteger la vida y la seguridad de las personas turistas.\n\n[...]\n\nARTÍCULO\n2- Se adicionan los incisos e) y f) al segundo párrafo del artículo 4 de la Ley\n8724, Fomento del Turismo Rural Comunitario, de 17 de julio de 2009.   "body_en_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n-\n\nComplete Text of Law 10049\n\nExtending the benefits of ecotourism and rural tourism in rural and coastal communities\n\nNo. 10049\n\nTHE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA DECREES:\n\nMODIFICATION OF AND ADDITION TO SEVERAL LAWS TO EXTEND THE BENEFITS OF ECOTOURISM AND RURAL TOURISM IN RURAL AND COASTAL COMMUNITIES\n\nARTICLE 1- Subsections a) and c) of the second paragraph and the final paragraph of Article 4; Article 5; the first paragraph and subsection a) of Article 6 of Law 8724, Promotion of Community Rural Tourism, of July 17, 2009, are hereby amended. The texts are as follows:\n\nArticle 4- Community rural tourism activities\n\n[...]\n\nThe following are community rural tourism activities:\n\na) Rural tourism lodges: a type of establishment that offers lodging services with no minimum number of rooms, which must be equipped with a private bathroom, focused on sharing the experiences and customs of the families living in a rural environment and that is located in said environment, as defined by the ICT. These establishments may offer food services.\n\n[...]\n\nc) Thematic activities specialized in rural tourism: establishments or activities, including tour operators, dedicated to offering people tourism services and experiential encounters with the rural environment, such as historical manifestations, tangible or intangible cultural heritage, natural areas, appreciation and conservation of in situ and ex situ biodiversity, adventure sports, agro-tourism activities, thematic and recreational parks, among others linked to the customs and traditions of rural and coastal communities.\n\n[...]\n\nThe activities listed in this article must be carried out by the associations or organizations indicated in Article 1 of this law.\n\nArticle 5- Rural tourism lodges. To obtain the tourism declaration and the tourism contract, the CRTLs must meet the requirements established in current legislation and in the regulations of this law issued by the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT), in order to facilitate that the benefits of rural tourism can reach more communities in the country.\n\nArticle 6- Powers of the Costa Rican Tourism Institute. The Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) is the governing body of tourism activity in the country and shall have the following powers, in relation to CRT activity:\n\na) Grant the tourism declaration and the tourism contract to CRT groups that meet the requirements established in the specific regulations designed to regulate the various community rural tourism activities indicated in Article 4 of this law. These requirements must be reasonable and proportionate, adapting to the particular conditions of CRT and the nature of the products offered. The requirements to protect the life and safety of tourists must be met.\n\n[...]\n\nARTICLE 2- Subsections e) and f) are added to the second paragraph of Article 4 of Law 8724, Promotion of Community Rural Tourism, of July 17, 2009. The texts are as follows:\n\nArticle 4- Community rural tourism activities.\n\n[...]\n\nThe following are community rural tourism activities:\n\n[...]\n\ne) Small-scale tourist cabotage: aquatic transport activity for tourists in small vessels that meet the safety requirements established by the Maritime Transport Directorate of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, with the purpose of showcasing and enjoying the natural and cultural tourist attractions of the rural environment, without being subject to a pre-established schedule.\n\nf) Small-scale tourist fishing: tourism activity carried out in small vessels or artisanal fishing boats, consisting of the transport and guidance of tourists for the practice of sport fishing in marine or inland waters, and the appreciation of the customs of the rural and coastal communities dedicated to fishing.
