contribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que\nla Asociación Administradora de Acueducto Rural de la Comunidad de Hatillo del\nDistrito Veintisiete de Abril del Cantón de Santa Cruz Guanacaste, cédula de\npersona jurídica número: 3-002-572087, se inscribió en el Registro de\nAsociaciones del Registro Público Nacional desde el día 06 de diciembre del\n2008, tomo dos mil nueve, asiento cuarenta y un mil\ncuatrocientos veintiuno.\n\nIII.-Que\nlos fines que persigue la Asociación, según sus estatutos son: \"A)\nAdministrar, operar, dar mantenimiento, desarrollo y conservación
