  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Law 10089\n\n                        Declaration of public interest of the tourist, ecological and cultural development of the Chires district of the canton of Puriscal\n\nNo. 10089\n\nTHE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY\n\nOF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA\n\nDECREES\n\nDECLARATION OF PUBLIC INTEREST OF THE TOURIST, ECOLOGICAL AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHIRES DISTRICT OF THE CANTON OF PURISCAL\n\nARTICLE 1- Declaration of public interest\n\nThe tourist, ecological and cultural development of the Chires district of the canton of Puriscal is declared of public interest, for which the State, through its public institutions, may promote the development and promotion of infrastructure and investments in tourism in the area, under a sustainable development scheme and proper environmental management, which strengthen the social and economic condition of the district.\n\nARTICLE 2- Institutional support\n\nThe State may support local development initiatives and the activities of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises of the district's inhabitants, linked to the development and promotion of tourism in the area, seeking to maintain, protect and enhance the heritage and cultural assets.\n\nIt shall enter into force upon its publication\n\nDone at the Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the fifteenth day of December of the year two thousand twenty-one."
