  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n-\n\nComplete Text of Law 10121\n\nLaw Declaring the Tourism Development of the Canton of Garabito to Be of Public Interest\n\nNo. 10121\n\nTHE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY\n\nOF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA\n\nHEREBY DECREES:\n\nLAW DECLARING THE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT\n\nOF THE CANTON OF GARABITO\n\nTO BE OF PUBLIC INTEREST\n\nARTICLE 1- Declaration of public interest\n\nThe tourism development of the canton of Garabito in the province of Puntarenas is declared to be of public interest, for which purpose the State, through its public entities, may promote the development of infrastructure and investments in tourism in the canton, under a framework of sustainable development, inclusive tourism, and the proper management of the environment, which strengthen the social and economic condition of the canton.\n\nARTICLE 2- Participation of the State\n\nThe State may support all initiatives that promote local development and the activities of the small and medium-sized enterprises of the inhabitants of the canton that are linked to tourism development.\n\nIt shall enter into force upon its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the second day of February of the year two thousand twenty-two."
