The text is as\nfollows:\n\nArticle 3- Use of funds\n\na) The resources from the financing approved in\narticle 1 of this law shall be used as follows:\n\n[. ]\n\n2. The remaining ten percent (10%) shall be transferred by\nthe Ministry of Finance to the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social, CCSS), as\na contribution to the debts identified and reconciled with that institution to\namortize the State's debt to the CCSS, in compliance with the payment\nagreement between the government of the Republic and this institution. The transfer of\nthese funds, made by this Ministry to the CCSS, shall be excluded from the\nprovisions of title IV, Fiscal Responsibility of the Republic, and of\nchapter IV, Transitional Provisions to title IV, of title V.\nTransitional Provisions; of the Strengthening of Public Finances Law,\nNo. 9635, of December 3, 2018, and its amendments.\n\n[. ]\n\nARTICLE 2.- (Repealed\nby article 4 of law No. 10333 of March 3, 2023)\n\nTakes effect upon its publication.\n\nDone at the Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the\nsixth day of May of the year two thousand twenty-two."
