The plot of land owned by the Asociación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado Sanitario del Residencial El Paso de Las Garzas, legal identification number three-zero zero-two-three five one six nine five (No. 3-002-351695), registered in the province of Alajuela, under the folio real system registration number three nine nine zero four eight- zero zero zero (399048-000); located in district 8, San Rafael; canton 1, Alajuela, is hereby declassified from public use or community facilities (facilidades comunales). It is bounded on the north by playgrounds; on the south by a public road with a frontage of eleven meters and ninety-one decimeters (11.91 m); on the east by lot 128 F; on the west by community facilities (facilidades comunales) number 1 and Clarence Befus Luft. It measures five hundred five meters and forty-two square decimeters (505.42 m²). Plan A-zero nine two two zero three five-two zero zero four (A-0922035-2004). Its current nature is registered as land destined for community facilities (facilidades comunales) number 2; situated in district 8, San Rafael; canton 1, Alajuela, of the province of Alajuela.\n\nARTICLE 2- Classification. The land described in the preceding article 1 is hereby classified in perpetuity to the public domain in accordance with the use and nature of the property as a construction area for an elevated water collection tank for the collection, treatment, and distribution of drinking water and an administrative office for the Asociación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado Sanitario del Residencial El Paso de Las Garzas. In the event that the ASADA is dissolved under any circumstances, the Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados assumes and retains ownership of such assets, to destine them for that service purpose.\n\nIt takes effect from its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the second day of September of the year two thousand twenty-two.\n\nEXECUTE AND PUBLISH."
