A.\n\nThe\nBoard of Directors of the Empresa de Servicios Públicos de Heredia S. A., through\nagreement number: JD 159-2022, in ordinary session number four thousand one hundred\neighty-four, dated the twenty-seventh of July of the year two thousand twenty-two, in\nits article four, subsection four point two, agreed to modify subsection d) of\narticles 25, 26, and 27 of the Regulation for the Provision of Electric Energy Services and\nsubsection f) of articles 24 and 25 of the Regulation for Potable Water, Sanitary Sewerage,\nand Hydrants of the ESPH S.
