Registration,\" regarding its entry into force and application.\n\n5°-That in accordance with the second and third paragraphs of Article 12 of the Regulation to the Law for the Protection of Citizens from Excessive Administrative Requirements and Procedures, Executive Decree No. 37045-MP-MEIC of February 22, 2012, this Decree does not create or modify procedures, requirements, or formalities, and therefore does not require the Regulatory Improvement Procedure.
