Lo anterior\npor cuanto la Institución se organiza mediante la desconcentración\nadministrativa en las zonas regionales. 3) En las zonas donde no exista\nConsejos de Administración y en apego a lo que establece el artículo 5 del\nCódigo de Trabajo, la conformación considerará la persona administradora y se\ndesignará el resto de los integrantes según cargos de jefaturas de oficinas\nexistentes con mayor categoría en el lugar y en proporción según el cuadro 4\n(página 20 del Programa). The foregoing\nbecause the Institution is organized through administrative\ndecentralization (desconcentración administrativa) in the regional zones. 3) In zones where there are no\nAdministrative Boards and in compliance with the provisions of article 5 of the\nLabor Code, the establishment shall consider the administrator person and\nthe rest of the members shall be designated according to the positions of the heads (jefaturas) of existing offices\nwith the highest category in the place and in proportion according to table 4\n(page 20 of the Program).
