de marzo de 1977, con su respectivo reglamento y; artículos 2 y 3 de la Ley\nN° 5695 Ley de Creación del Registro Nacional de fecha 28 de mayo de\n1975 y sus reformas.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1.-Que mediante Ley Nº8905 se establece el\nInstituto Geográfico Nacional, en adelante IGN, como una dependencia del\nRegistro Nacional, quien suscribirá los contratos y convenios necesarios para\nel ejercicio de sus funciones. Asimismo, de conformidad con la Ley N° 59, el\nIGN es la dependencia científica y técnica rectora de la cartografía\nnacional, destinada a la ejecución del Mapa básico oficial y la Descripción\nbásica geográfica de la República de Costa Rica y a los estudios, las\ninvestigaciones o labores y el desarrollo de políticas nacionales de carácter\ncartográfico, geográfico, geodésico, geofísico y de índole similar que tenga\nrelación con dichas obras, con el fin de apoyar los procesos de planificación.\n\n2.-Que la Ley N° 59 constituye al IGN de\nmanera permanente y en representación del Estado, como la autoridad oficial en\nmateria geodésica y de la representación espacial de la geografía de la\nRepública de Costa Rica, extendiéndose su autoridad a las actividades de\ncualquier orden que tengan por origen los trabajos confiados a su cargo.\n\n3°-Que de conformidad con la Ley Nº59; el\nartículo 62 del Decreto Ejecutivo N°7841-P Reglamento a la Ley sobre la Zona\nMarítimo Terrestre se reconoce la competencia del IGN para la delimitación de\nla zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, y su oficialización a través de\npublicación en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta; el artículo 63 del Decreto\nEjecutivo N°7841-P señala que \"El Instituto Geográfico Nacional deberá\npublicar aviso en el Diario Oficial, de cada porción de la zona\nmarítimo-terrestre en que haya demarcado la zona pública.\"\n\n4.-Que en el Decreto Ejecutivo N°\n36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET Reglamento de Especificaciones para la Delimitación de\nla zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, se establece según el\nartículo 18 que para la delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo\nTerrestre, el IGN podrá acudir a dos metodologías de ejecución, que se indican\nen los artículos 19 y 20, correspondientes a la delimitación de la zona pública\nde la Zona Marítimo Terrestre a través de la colocación de mojones y/o a la\ndelimitación digital georreferenciada, esto con el fin de agilizar las\ndelimitaciones y proporcionar mayor seguridad técnica a los interesados.\n\n5.-Que en el\nDecreto Ejecutivo N° 33797-MJ-MOPT Declara como datum horizontal oficial para\nCosta Rica, el CR05, enlazado al Marco Internacional de Referencia Terrestre\n(ITRF2000) del Servicio Internacional de Rotación de la Tierra (IERS) para la\népoca de medición 2005.83, el cual entre otros aspectos determina, a la Red\nGeodésica Nacional de Referencia Horizontal CR05, y su proyección cartográfica\nasociada CRTM05, como el sistema oficial al cual deben estar referidas las\ncoordenadas de todos los trabajos geodésicos, cartográficos y catastrales que\nse ejecuten en nuestro país, señalando específicamente en artículo 11 que: \"La\nRed Geodésica Nacional de Referencia Horizontal CR05 y el sistema de proyección\ncartográfica CRTM05, constituirán el único sistema oficial de coordenadas para\nla República de Costa Rica a partir del cual se debe referenciar todos los\nlevantamientos y actividades cartográficos y geodésicos que desarrollen en el\nTerritorio Nacional toda dependencia pública, persona o entidad privada nacional\no extranjera.\" ; mientras que el artículo 7 indica que \"Conforme se produzcan\ndatos cartográficos en el nuevo sistema de proyección cartográfica CRTM05, el\nInstituto Geográfico Nacional publicará por los medios adecuados aquella\ninformación que se ha oficializado.\"\n\n6.-Que el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 40962-MJP Actualización\ndel Sistema Geodésico de Referencia Horizontal Oficial para Costa Rica declara\nen su artículo 1 que \"El sistema geodésico de referencia horizontal oficial\npara Costa Rica, denominado como CR05 y su materialización mediante la Red\nGeodésica Nacional, cambia en sus siglas a CRSIRGAS, como sistema de referencia\nhorizontal oficial para la República de Costa Rica, enlazado al Marco\nInternacional de Referencia Terrestre ITRF2008 (IGb08), para la época de\nmedición 2014.59, y en adelante, los cambios y su actualización, se regirán de\nacuerdo a las nuevas definiciones del ITRF que se implementen en la red\ncontinental del Sistema de Referencia Geocéntrico para las Américas (SIRGAS)\ndenominada SIRGAS-CON\"; mientras que el artículo 2 establece que \"El sistema de\nproyección cartográfica CRTM05 seguirá siendo el oficial para la representación\ncartográfica del territorio nacional continental, extendido para efectos de\naplicación de esta proyección cartográfica, hasta la línea de base del mar\nterritorial en el océano Pacífico y el mar Caribe, definida esta línea conforme\na los artículos 5, 6 y 7 de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre el\nDerecho del Mar, como punto de partida para el cómputo de la anchura máxima de\ntodas las áreas marinas jurisdiccionales del Estado costarricense.\"\n\nPor su parte, el artículo 12 del decreto\nde cita, refuerza la aplicación de la proyección cartográfica CRTM05 como el\nsistema nacional de coordenadas oficial a la cual se deben referenciar en el\nterritorio continental de nuestro país, al señalar que \"El sistema de\nreferencia horizontal CRSIRGAS y su proyección cartográfica asociada CRTM05\npara el territorio continental extendido hasta la línea de base del mar\nterritorial y, la proyección cartográfica \"Universal Transversal de Mercator\"\n(UTM), zonas 16 y 17 para las áreas marinas e insulares jurisdiccionales en el\nocéano Pacífico y el mar Caribe, constituirán el único sistema oficial de\ncoordenadas para la República de Costa Rica, a partir del cual, se deben\nreferenciar todos los levantamientos y actividades cartográficos y geodésicos\nque desarrollen en el territorio nacional toda dependencia pública, persona o\nentidad privada, nacional o extranjera, que emprendan o contraten trabajos\ngeodésicos y cartográficos, contribuyéndose a evitar el gasto público y\nobteniendo, por otra parte, información geográfica confiable, uniforme y\ncomparable, que sea de utilidad general y que apoye la toma de decisiones en\nlos distintos niveles del Estado.\"\n\n7.-Que la georreferenciación al sistema\nnacional de coordenadas como mecanismo para delimitar la zona pública de la\nZona Marítimo Terrestre, posibilita la correcta delimitación de la zona pública\na los efectos de la elaboración de planes reguladores, el visado de planos de\nagrimensura, el otorgamiento de concesiones en la Zona Restringida y otros\naspectos de ordenamiento territorial costero.\n\n8.-Que la información digital\ngeorreferenciada sobre delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre\ncon que cuenta el IGN, se le denomina Geodatabase Digital Georreferenciada\n(GDG) del Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) sobre la Zona Marítimo Terrestre\n(ZMT).\n\n9.-Que la Geodatabase Digital\nGeorreferenciada (GDG) del Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) sobre la Zona\nMarítimo Terrestre (ZMT) se fundamenta técnicamente en aplicación de la\nregulación establecida por: a) el Decreto Ejecutivo N°7841-P Reglamento a la\nLey No. 6043 sobre la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, b) el Decreto Ejecutivo N°\n33797-MJ-MOPT Declara como datum horizontal oficial para Costa Rica, el CR05, y\nsu proyección cartográfica asociada, CRTM05, y c) el Decreto Ejecutivo N°\n36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET Reglamento de Especificaciones para la Delimitación de la\nzona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre.\n\n10.-Que el artículo 16 de la Ley Forestal,\nLey N° 7575 del 13 de febrero de 1996 y sus reformas, establece que el\nMinisterio del Ambiente y Energía (MINAE) delimitará en el terreno los linderos\nde las áreas que conforman el Patrimonio Natural del Estado.\n\n11.-Que según el artículo 11 del Capítulo\nI, Disposiciones Generales de la Ley N° 6043, establece que la \"Zona pública\nes también, sea cual fuere su extensión, la ocupada por todos los manglares de\nlos litorales continentales e insulares y esteros del territorio nacional.\"\n\n12.-Que el Decreto Ejecutivo N°\n36786-MINAET Manual para la clasificación de tierras dedicadas a la\nconservación de los recursos naturales dentro de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre en\nCosta Rica publicado en La Gaceta N° 217 del 11 de noviembre del 2011,\nestablece entre sus objetivos \"Identificar dentro de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre\naquellos terrenos que clasifiquen como bosques, de aptitud forestal (suelos\nClase VII y VIII), humedales (manglares, esteros, rías, marismas, lagunas costeras,\npantanos, bosques anegados, salitrales), para certificarlos e incorporarlos\ncomo parte del Patrimonio Natural del Estado (PNE).\"\n\n13.-Que el Decreto Ejecutivo N°\n36786-MINAET en el Punto III.-Competencias para la delimitación y certificación\nestablece que \"La clasificación de los terrenos dentro de la ZMT\ncorresponderá a las Áreas de Conservación (AC) del Sistema Nacional de Áreas de\nConservación (SINAC) y a profesionales privados debidamente acreditados por los\nColegios Profesionales respectivos para que clasifiquen los bosques, terrenos\nde aptitud forestal (suelos Clase VII y VIII), (manglares, esteros, rías,\nmarismas, lagunas costeras, pantanos, bosques anegados, salitrales) y\nhumedales.\n\nLa validez de los documentos de clasificación emitidos por profesionales\nprivados quedará sujeta a la aprobación que emita el AC que por competencia\nterritorial le corresponda. A las AC del SINAC con jurisdicción en la ZMT les\ncompeterá, además, la verificación, fiscalización, deslinde y certificación de\nlas tierras del Patrimonio Natural del Estado y las zonas de protección.\n\nLa ubicación y delimitación de las áreas del Patrimonio Natural\ndel Estado dentro de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, debe realizarse como parte del\nproceso de aprobación del Plan Regulador Costero (PRC), definido por la Ley\n6043, ya que el Plan Regulador Costero es el instrumento de ordenamiento\nterritorial, que define y ubica todas las zonas a concesionar dentro de la ZMT\ny para la clasificación de ésta a nivel de los planos de catastro. Por tanto, el\nPlan Regulador Costero debe indicar clara y expresamente, las áreas del PNE\npara no contabilizarlas en el área total a concesionar.\"\n\n14.-El Instituto Geográfico Nacional,\nutilizó la metodología de Delimitación de Mojones Georreferenciados, para\ndelimitar la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre para un de manglar en\nPlaya Coyote de Puerto Coyote, en el distrito 06° Bejuco, cantón 09º Nandayure,\nprovincia: 05° Guanacaste.\n\n15.-Que el\namojonamiento se realizó entre los meses de agosto y noviembre de 2011 dentro\nde las labores del IGN en materia de zona marítimo terrestre en cumplimiento al\ncontrato de amojonamiento del expediente 10-22 de acuerdo los informes de\nlabores DGT-515-11 del 30 de agosto de 2011 y DGT-701-11 del 02 de noviembre de\n2011.\n\n16.-Que la delimitación cuenta con aval\ntécnico interno conforme al informe de Revisión Técnica N°DIG-TOT-0015-2023 del\n13 de enero de 2023, emitido por el Subproceso de Límites Oficiales del\nDepartamento Topográfico y Observación del Territorio del Instituto Geográfico\nNacional; Likewise, in accordance with Law N° 59, the\nIGN is the scientific and technical dependency governing national\ncartography, intended for the execution of the official basic Map and the basic geographic\nDescription of the Republic of Costa Rica and for the studies,\ninvestigations or work and the development of national policies of a\ncartographic, geographic, geodetic, geophysical and similar nature that are\nrelated to said works, in order to support planning processes.\n\n2.-That Law N° 59 establishes the IGN\npermanently and on behalf of the State, as the official authority in\ngeodetic matters and the spatial representation of the geography of the\nRepublic of Costa Rica, its authority extending to activities\nof any kind originating from the work entrusted to its charge.\n\n3°-That in accordance with Law Nº59;\narticle 62 of Executive Decree N°7841-P Regulation to the Law on the Maritime\nTerrestrial Zone recognizes the competence of the IGN for the demarcation of\nthe public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone, and its officialization through\npublication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta; article 63 of Executive\nDecree N°7841-P indicates that \"The National Geographic Institute must\npublish a notice in the Official Gazette, for each portion of the\nmaritime-terrestrial zone in which it has demarcated the public zone.\"\n\n4.-That in Executive Decree N°\n36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET Regulation of Specifications for the Demarcation of\nthe public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone, it is established according to\narticle 18 that for the demarcation of the public zone of the Maritime\nTerrestrial Zone, the IGN may resort to two execution methodologies, indicated\nin articles 19 and 20, corresponding to the demarcation of the public zone\nof the Maritime Terrestrial Zone through the placement of boundary markers (mojones) and/or\ndigital georeferenced demarcation, this in order to expedite\ndemarcations and provide greater technical security to interested parties.\n\n5.-That in\nExecutive Decree N° 33797-MJ-MOPT Declares CR05 as the official horizontal datum for\nCosta Rica, linked to the International Terrestrial Reference Frame\n(ITRF2000) of the International Earth Rotation Service (IERS) for the\nmeasurement epoch 2005.83, which among other aspects determines, the\nNational Geodetic Horizontal Reference Network CR05, and its associated cartographic projection\nCRTM05, as the official system to which the coordinates of all geodetic, cartographic and cadastral work\ncarried out in our country must be referenced, specifically indicating in article 11 that: \"The\nNational Geodetic Horizontal Reference Network CR05 and the cartographic projection system\nCRTM05, shall constitute the only official coordinate system for\nthe Republic of Costa Rica from which all\ncartographic and geodetic surveys and activities carried out in the\nNational Territory by any public agency, person or national or foreign private entity must be referenced.\";\nwhile article 7 indicates that \"As cartographic data is produced\nin the new CRTM05 cartographic projection system, the\nNational Geographic Institute shall publish by adequate means that\ninformation that has been officialized.\"\n\n6.-That Executive Decree N° 40962-MJP Update\nof the Official Horizontal Reference Geodetic System for Costa Rica declares\nin its article 1 that \"The official horizontal reference geodetic system\nfor Costa Rica, denominated as CR05 and its materialization through the National\nGeodetic Network, changes its acronym to CRSIRGAS, as the official horizontal reference\nsystem for the Republic of Costa Rica, linked to the International\nTerrestrial Reference Frame ITRF2008 (IGb08), for the measurement epoch\n2014.59, and henceforth, changes and their updating shall be governed by\nthe new ITRF definitions implemented in the continental network\nof the Geocentric Reference System for the Americas (SIRGAS)\ndenominated SIRGAS-CON\"; while article 2 establishes that \"The\nCRTM05 cartographic projection system shall continue to be the official one for the cartographic representation\nof the continental national territory, extended for purposes of\napplication of this cartographic projection, up to the baseline of the territorial\nsea in the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, this line defined according\nto articles 5, 6 and 7 of the United Nations Convention on the\nLaw of the Sea, as the starting point for calculating the maximum width of\nall jurisdictional marine areas of the Costa Rican State.\"\n\nFor its part, article 12 of the aforementioned decree\nreinforces the application of the CRTM05 cartographic projection as the\nofficial national coordinate system to which all work in the continental territory\nof our country must be referenced, by indicating that \"The\nCRSIRGAS horizontal reference system and its associated CRTM05 cartographic projection\nfor the continental territory extended up to the baseline of the territorial\nsea and, the 'Universal Transverse Mercator' (UTM) cartographic projection,\nzones 16 and 17 for the jurisdictional marine and insular areas in the\nPacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, shall constitute the only official\ncoordinate system for the Republic of Costa Rica, from which,\nall cartographic and geodetic surveys and activities carried out in\nthe national territory by any public agency, person or private entity, national or foreign,\nundertaking or contracting geodetic and cartographic work\nmust be referenced, thereby contributing to avoiding public spending and\nobtaining, on the other hand, reliable, uniform and comparable geographic information,\nwhich is of general utility and supports decision-making at\ndifferent levels of the State.\"\n\n7.-That georeferencing to the national\ncoordinate system as a mechanism to demarcate the public zone of the\nMaritime Terrestrial Zone, enables the correct demarcation of the public zone\nfor the purposes of preparing regulatory plans (planes reguladores), the approval of surveying plans,\nthe granting of concessions in the Restricted Zone and other\naspects of coastal land-use planning.\n\n8.-That the georeferenced digital\ninformation on demarcation of the public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone\nheld by the IGN, is denominated the Georeferenced Digital Geodatabase\n(GDG) of the National Geographic Institute (IGN) on the Maritime Terrestrial Zone\n(ZMT).\n\n9.-That the Georeferenced Digital\nGeodatabase (GDG) of the National Geographic Institute (IGN) on the Maritime\nTerrestrial Zone (ZMT) is technically based on the application of\nthe regulation established by: a) Executive Decree N°7841-P Regulation to\nLaw No. 6043 on the Maritime Terrestrial Zone, b) Executive Decree N°\n33797-MJ-MOPT Declares CR05 as the official horizontal datum for Costa Rica, and\nits associated cartographic projection, CRTM05, and c) Executive Decree N°\n36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET Regulation of Specifications for the Demarcation of the\npublic zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone.\n\n10.-That article 16 of the Forest Law,\nLaw N° 7575 of February 13, 1996 and its amendments, establishes that the\nMinistry of Environment and Energy (MINAE) shall demarcate on the ground the boundaries\nof the areas that make up the State Natural Heritage (Patrimonio Natural del Estado).\n\n11.-That according to article 11 of Chapter\nI, General Provisions of Law N° 6043, it establishes that the \"Public zone\nis also, whatever its extension, that occupied by all mangroves (manglares) of\nthe continental and insular coastlines and estuaries (esteros) of the national territory.\"\n\n12.-That Executive Decree N°\n36786-MINAET Manual for the classification of lands dedicated to the\nconservation of natural resources within the Maritime Terrestrial Zone in\nCosta Rica published in La Gaceta N° 217 of November 11, 2011,\nestablishes among its objectives \"To identify within the Maritime Terrestrial Zone\nthose lands that classify as forests, of forest aptitude (soils\nClass VII and VIII), wetlands (mangroves, estuaries, rías, marshes, coastal lagoons,\nswamps, flooded forests, salt flats), to certify them and incorporate them\nas part of the State Natural Heritage (PNE).\"\n\n13.-That Executive Decree N°\n36786-MINAET in Point III.-Competencies for demarcation and certification\nestablishes that \"The classification of lands within the ZMT\nshall correspond to the Conservation Areas (AC) of the National System of\nConservation Areas (SINAC) and to private professionals duly accredited by the\nrespective Professional Associations to classify forests,\nlands of forest aptitude (soils Class VII and VIII), (mangroves, estuaries, rías,\nmarshes, coastal lagoons, swamps, flooded forests, salt flats) and\nwetlands.\n\nThe validity of classification documents issued by private\nprofessionals shall be subject to the approval issued by the AC that\ncorresponds by territorial competence. The ACs of SINAC with jurisdiction in the ZMT\nshall also be responsible for the verification, inspection, boundary demarcation (deslinde) and certification\nof State Natural Heritage lands and protection zones.\n\nThe location and demarcation of State Natural Heritage\nareas within the Maritime Terrestrial Zone must be carried out as part of the\napproval process of the Coastal Regulatory Plan (PRC), defined by Law\n6043, since the Coastal Regulatory Plan is the land-use planning\ninstrument that defines and locates all the zones to be concessioned within the ZMT\nand for its classification at the level of cadastral plans. Therefore, the\nCoastal Regulatory Plan must clearly and expressly indicate the PNE areas\nso as not to count them in the total area to be concessioned.\"\n\n14.-The National Geographic Institute,\nused the methodology of Demarcation by Georeferenced Boundary Markers (Mojones Georreferenciados), to\ndemarcate the public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone for a mangrove area in\nPlaya Coyote of Puerto Coyote, in district 06° Bejuco, canton 09º Nandayure,\nprovince: 05° Guanacaste.\n\n15.-That the\nmarker placement (amojonamiento) was carried out between the months of August and November 2011 within\nthe work of the IGN in matters of maritime terrestrial zone in compliance with the\nmarker placement contract of file 10-22 according to the work\nreports DGT-515-11 of August 30, 2011 and DGT-701-11 of November 2,\n2011.\n\n16.-That the demarcation has internal\ntechnical endorsement according to Technical Review Report N°DIG-TOT-0015-2023 of\nJanuary 13, 2023, issued by the Official Limits Sub-process of the\nTopographic and Territory Observation Department of the National Geographic Institute;\nand, in accordance with what was demarcated in the mangrove ecosystem sector\ncarried out by the Tempisque Conservation Area according to official letter\nACT-OSRHN-129 of dated April 7, 2012.\n\n17.-That article 140 of Law N°6227\nGeneral Law of the Public Administration indicates that \"the administrative act\nshall produce its effect after being communicated to the administered party, except if it\nonly grants rights, in which case it shall produce them from its adoption\",\na provision that must necessarily be related to numeral 204 subsection 1)\nof the same regulatory body, which defines the suitable instrument for communicating\nacts of a generic nature by indicating that: \"General acts shall be communicated by publication\nand concrete ones, by notification.\"\n\nCOMMUNICATES:\n\n1°-That, in the months of August and\nNovember 2011, the fieldwork for the establishment of\nboundary markers georeferenced to the national coordinate system of the public zone\nof a mangrove sector in Playa Coyote located in Puerto Coyote, district: 06º\nBejuco, canton: 09º Nandayure, province: 05° Guanacaste was carried out.\n\n2°-The National Geographic Institute\npublishes the georeferenced digital demarcation of the public zone of 05\npoints that are part of a mangrove sector in Playa Coyote located in\nPuerto Coyote, district: 06º Bejuco, canton: 09º Nandayure, province: 05°\nGuanacaste, based on the Regulation of Specifications for the Demarcation of\nthe public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone and the methodology used and\nvalidated by the Tempisque Conservation Area (ACT) of SINAC-MINAE.\n\n3°-That the demarcated public zone\ncorresponds to a mangrove sector of Playa Coyote located in district: 06º\nBejuco, canton: 09º Nandayure, province: 05° Guanacaste in accordance with\nofficial letters N° DIG-TOT-0015-2023 of January 13, 2023 issued by the Official Limits Sub-process\nof the Topographic and Territory Observation Department of the\nNational Geographic Institute and N° ACT-OSRHN-129 dated April 7,\n2012 issued by the Tempisque Conservation Area (ACT).\n\n4°-That the public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial\nZone concerning the mangrove sector verified and demarcated by the Tempisque Conservation Area\nin Playa Coyote corresponds to the following coordinates, in the\nofficial cartographic projection system of Costa Rica CRTM05:\n\nMangrove Sector\n\n \n\n| Point | East | North |\n| --- | --- | --- |\n| AP-509-260 | 361304.36 | 1080849.44 |\n| AP-509-261 | 361334.20 | 1080823.56 |\n| AP-509-262 | 361359.73 | 1080804.00 |\n| AP-509-263 | 361386.61 | 1080811.27 |\n| AP-509-264 | 361406.91 | 1080825.27 |\n\n5°-The sectors\nlocated in Playa Coyote of Puerto Coyote, district: 06º Bejuco, canton: 09º\nNandayure, province: 05° Guanacaste that currently have demarcation of\nthe public zone of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone through the placement of\nboundary markers and respective publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta,\nmaintain their official status.\n\n6°-The official technical data of the\ngeoreferenced demarcation of 05 points in the public zone of the Maritime\nTerrestrial Zone of the mangrove sector of Playa Coyote, district: 06º Bejuco,\ncanton: 09º Nandayure, province: 05° Guanacaste, have been registered in the\nGeoreferenced Digital Geodatabase of the Maritime Terrestrial Zone (ZMT) of the\nIGN.\n\n7°-With this demarcation, boundary marker numbered 35, established in\n1979 and published in La Gaceta N° 24 of February 2, 1979, page 21, is eliminated\nfrom the Maritime Terrestrial Zone Registry.\n\n8°-Effective as of its publication.\n\nGiven in\nCurridabat on the 09th day of the month of February 2023." }
