  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 094\n\n                        Renders null the agreement AJDIP/057-2023: \"List of freshwater fish and crustacean species and those of aquaculture interest in the continental, coastal, and oceanic waters of our country\"\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE\n\nAJDIP/094-2023.—Puntarenas, on the ninth day of May, two thousand twenty-three.\n\nConsidering:\n\n1º—That by means of Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/057-2023, the \"List of freshwater fish and crustacean species and those of aquaculture interest in the continental, coastal, and oceanic waters of our country\" is approved.\n\n2º—That Mr. Franz Tattenbach Capra, Minister of Environment and Energy, requests to proceed with the comprehensive review of the referenced Agreement.\n\n3º—That in the discussion of the matter, Mr. Tattenbach Capra indicates that, as it concerns a technical-scientific matter and under the protection of Article 28 and following of Law No. 7384, the Law Creating the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture (Ley de Creación del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura), it must be brought to the attention of the Scientific Technical Coordination Commission (Comisión de Coordinación Científico Técnica, CCCT) of INCOPESCA, in order to know its opinion and contributions regarding the issuance of the referenced list.\n\n4º—That by reason of the foregoing, he requests to render null the Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/057-2023, so that it may be sent to the CCCT, for its respective review and eventual recommendation to the Board of Directors for its deliberation.\n\n5º—That Mr. Heiner Méndez Barrientos expresses his support and seconds the proposal made.\n\n6º—That once the foregoing has been analyzed, the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture.
