  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 108\n\n                        Reforma Establece veda total para la pesca deportiva y pesca comercial en\npequeña escala, excepto para la pesca turística comercial de pequeña escala, en el periodo que va\ndesde el 01 de mayo hasta el 31 de julio del 2023, ambas fechas incluidas\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA Y ACUICULTURA\n\nAJDIP/108-2023.-Puntarenas, a los dieciséis días del mes\nde mayo de dos mil veintitrés.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1º-Que mediante Acuerdo de Junta Directiva AJDIP/086-2023,\nse establece una veda total para la pesca deportiva y pesca comercial en\npequeña escala, excepto para la pesca turística comercial de pequeña escala en\nel Golfo de Nicoya, correspondiente al presente año 2023.\n\n2º-Que la veda tal y como ha sido planteada, estaría excluyendo la\nposibilidad de realizar torneos de pesca deportiva durante toda la vigencia de\nésta; por lo que se analiza la posibilidad de establecer una excepción en\ncuanto a la implementación de la veda expuesta, para la realización de Torneos\nde Pesca Deportiva Turística, en la modalidad de pesca y liberación, siempre\nque estos sean aprobados por la Presidencia Ejecutiva del INCOPESCA y se cumpla\ncon todos los requisitos definidos en el Acuerdo de Junta Directiva\nAJDIP/0732014 y sus modificaciones.\n\n3º-Que debidamente analizado y valorado por parte de los Señores\nDirectivos, la realización de Torneos de Pesca Deportiva Turística, en la\nmodalidad de pesca y liberación, no constituye detrimento alguno a las metas y\nobjetivos buscados mediante el establecimiento de la presente veda en el Golfo\nde Nicoya.\n\n4º-Que una vez analizado lo expuesto, y luego de deliberar, la Junta\nDirectiva del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 108\n\n                        Reform Establishes a total closed season for sport fishing and small-scale commercial fishing, except for small-scale commercial tourism fishing, in the period from May 1 to July 31, 2023, both dates inclusive\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE\n\nAJDIP/108-2023.-Puntarenas, on the sixteenth day of the month of May of two thousand twenty-three.\n\nConsidering:\n\n1º-That through Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/086-2023, a total closed season (veda) is established for sport fishing and small-scale commercial fishing, except for small-scale commercial tourism fishing in the Gulf of Nicoya, corresponding to the current year 2023.\n\n2º-That the closed season as proposed would be excluding the possibility of holding sport fishing tournaments during its entire effective period; therefore, the possibility of establishing an exception regarding the implementation of the stated closed season for the holding of Tourism Sport Fishing Tournaments, in the catch-and-release modality, is analyzed, provided that these are approved by the Executive Presidency of INCOPESCA and all requirements defined in Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/073-2014 and its amendments are met.\n\n3º-That duly analyzed and assessed by the Members of the Board of Directors, the holding of Tourism Sport Fishing Tournaments, in the catch-and-release modality, does not constitute any detriment to the goals and objectives sought through the establishment of the present closed season in the Gulf of Nicoya.\n\n4º-That having analyzed the foregoing, and after deliberation, the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture. Therefore,\n\nAGREES:\n\n1º-To add an article to Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/086-2023, by means of which the possibility of holding tourism sport fishing tournaments is established, to read as follows:\n\n\"The possibility of holding Tourism Sport Fishing Tournaments, in the catch-and-release modality within the closed season area, is authorized, provided that approval from INCOPESCA is obtained and all requirements established for the holding of this type of event are met\"\n\n2º-Final Agreement.\n\n3º-Effective upon its adoption.\n\n4º-Let it be published."
